The wear lining system includes a wide range of products and solutions designed to best support customer needs in keeping the total cost per tonne down. Our solutions are especially developed for screens, crushes, chutes and hoppers. Our rubber wear resistant liners are hot vulcanised onto steel backing plates to ensure there is no delaminating. The liners can be supplied flat or curved to suit mill trunnions, trommels, launders and other curved surfaces.They can also be supplied with a profiled working face. Available in various high quality rubber compounds and thicknesses vary from 25mm to 150mmwith a choice of fixing methods including, studs, counter bores supplied with plugs and T rail.
